Description
It's been one of our passions for a long time and we're really happy to bring our range of pâtés to a wider audience. For our Pork Rillette, we use cubes of pork shoulder which are dry-cured then cooked in its own fat, when ready we shred with more fat till spreadable. Sold in a jar with a layer of fat to seal. Keep refrigerated lasts for months.
